Our event for the State Legislature went off without a hitch, but it was long day. It was good to get away from the routine and do something different.

Poor Uga VI looks like he is getting old. But he has had a good run, and he is a good dog! He is so patient here, taking hundreds of with the state legislatures and interns.

What were you doing at the capital?
University of Georgia hosts a reception for the legislatures every year. It's a big mutual admiration party.
Wow. Impressive.
I usually am not into buildings, but I always love to look at Capitals. It must be because of all the decsion making that goes on behind the doors.

I wish I could have really captured the look of that dome. It was late afternoon and very cold and overcast and grey. It was eminating a golden light, it was pretty awesome.
